Mango Kulfi
                                          Just melts in your mouth !!!!!1
Mango kulfi, hearing the word itself feeling so sweet and wanna try it right ?
Just right. Kulfi is very famous Indian ice cream made by reducing milk into half by cooking long time. Usually they are flavoured with cardamom, saffrom  and some dry nuts like cashew, pista or almond.

But this mango kulfi is different twist with mango in it but it is very quick and easy version with store bought condensed milk. They taste amazing and it will just melt in your mouth.

Condensed milk – 250 ml
Mango – 1 big size [ puree mango pulp for ¾ cup ] around
Powdered Sugar – 4 tbsp [blend sugar into powder in blender or use icing sugar ]
Cardamom -  2 crushed
Saffron  strands – 4-5
Milk – 1 tsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Basil seeds – ½ tsp
Warm water – ¼ cup [ to soak basil seeds ]
For garnishing
Pistachios  - 1 tbsp [ chop or grate them ]


Soak basil seeds in warm water for 5 minutes.
Crush cardamom seeds into powder.
Soak saffron strands in milk
Grate or chop pistachios and keep them ready.
Cut mango, scoop out the pulp and blend them along withsugar into smooth puree.
Add condensed milk and mix well.
Now add cardamom powdered , saffron milk .mix well.

Take kulfi mould . Add basil seeds at bottom and pour in the mango condensed milk mixture. Cover with aluminium foil and insert popsicle stick.
Place inside freezer for minimum of 6 hours. Later if you want to serve , run kulfi mould under water for few second [ 10 sec enough] .
Take it out and sprinkle in grated pistachios and enjoy !
