Ingredients

Tapioca  - 1
Salt to taste
Water to soak tapioca
Chilli powder or any seasoning powder of your choice.
Oil for frying

Method:

Remove both ends and peel off tapioca.

Soak it in water for 20 minutes. This helps to soften the tapioca so that you can slice them easily.

After 20 minutes, wipe off the water on its top.

Using slicer slice them into thin pieces. more thin more crisp. your sliced tapioca should be bit transparent. that much thin you need to slice.

Now heat oil in pan. Drop small piece and if it immediately come up that is the right temperature.

Drop tapioca slices one by one fastly into oil and using ladle stir it so that they would cook evenly with nice brown colour.

Since these tapioca's are thinly sliced they would get burned soon. So frying them for 20 to 30 seconds is enough.

Once they turn light brown, immediately transfer it into paper towel.

Sprinkle salt and chilli powder and enjoy.

You could also sprinkle garlic powder or garam masala, chaat masala powder.

Store in air tight container and could be used for 2 weeks as well. they will stay crispy.
