Mango Lassi



Mango Lassi is a very famous North- Indian beverage in which mango pulp is added to smooth yougurt along with sugar and cardamom and garnished with dry nuts. Best drink to be taken during hot summer seasons. It is very healthy and very delicious...


 
Mango LAssi

Ingredients 

Ripe Mango - 1 [ Take out the pulp ]

Cardamom seeds - 1 
cold water - 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Dry nuts - 2 tsp [ chop them finely] 


Method


In a blender, add mango pulp,cardamom seeds, sugar and blend into smooth paste
Add yogurt and water to it and blend it to nice smoothie.
If your mango or yogurt is too sour, add milk instead of water to redure sour taste.
Now transfer the lassi onto nice glass. Top it with some yogurt ,dry nuts and chopped mangoes and serve it chilled by refridgerating for 1 hour.

If you want to serve it chilled immediately , add ice cubes while blending lassi.
