Oats
porridge for weight loss
Oats is a
species of cereal grain grown for its seeds which is very good for heart and
weight loss. There are so many varities of dishes you can make with oats. Today
recipe is oats porridge with veggies and dates to make delicious and healthy
whole some breakfast .

Ingredients
Oats – ¼ cup
Veggies – ¼ cup
Milk – ½ cup
[Low fat milk for weight loss]
Water – 1 cup
Salt to
taste
Pepper to
taste
Dates – 1 piece
Method
Place sauce
pan on your stove and add ½ cup water and veggies along with salt.
Cook for 3
minutes. Then add milk,oats and ½ cup water and cook for another 5 minutes till
the oats are soft and well cooked.
Now taste
for the salt and add salt according to your taste.
Transfer to
the bowl. Add pepper powder and grated dates over it and serve hot.
Tip
:
You could
use any veggies of your choice like sweet corn, green peas, beans, carrot, cabbage.
