                                        South - Indian style

Tadka dal , another version of my mom preparation which is very quick and easy to make in just 7-8 minutes. My mom makes this every Saturday this dal. I love to take it along with ghee and wow ! no words to say how delicious it used to be.

The special thing is, you don’t have to fry onion, tomato, garlic and other spices in oil. This is very easy and quick version in which you have to cook all ingredients together with dal in pressure cookware and finally do seasoning. That’s all. So let’s see how to prepare.
