                                                     Masala Onion Omlet


Masala Onion omlet is a mixture of Onion,egg and garam masala and taste great simply with bread toast,roti, chapatti etc. My favourite is with hot rasam. And if you are egg lover you may take it simply without any thing.

Ingredients

Egg – 1
Onion – 3 tbsp chopped
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped
Curry  leaves – 1 sprig chopped
Green chilli – 1 optional
Red bell pepper – 1 tbsp chopped
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric –a pinch
Butteror oil  – ½ tsp

Method

In a mixing bowl, break egg and beat for 30 secconds till white and yellow yolk mix together.
Add Onion, capsicum, curry leaves, green chili, coriander leaves, salt,garam masala,turmeric,red bell pepper. Give it a  mix once again and keep it ready.
Preheat tawa on stove and add butter. Using spatula spread around until melt and pour the egg mixture.
Using fork spread the ingredients evenly on tawa and cook both sides until done and serve hot.
You may also take along with toasted bread or simply roll inside roti, parata or .chapatti and take with ketchup.
It is very easy to make and healthy too. Can be taken as breakfast or lunch or dinner.
