Vegetable Hakka Noodles

Indo- chinese recipes are becoming popular day by day like noodles, manchurians, etc. I have been waiting to share Indo-chinese recipes for past three months. Finally I have got the time to shoot the video . So here goes the recipe for Vegetable hakka noodles.  In next coming episodes we will see other interesting Indo- chinese recipes as well. Olive oil -  2 Tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Spring onion – 2 finely chopped
Cabbage – ¾ cup [ cut into length wise]
Carrot – ¾ cup [ cut into length wise]
Capcicum – ¾ cup [ cut into length wise]
Onion – 1 [ cut into lengthwise]
Soy sauce – ½ tsp
Chilli sauce – 1 ½ tbsp
Red chilli flakes – ¼ tsp [ optional]
Noodles – 1 packet [ 150 grams]
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tsp for cooked noodles.

Cook the noodles, strain water completely and run under cold water to remove wax.
You could also follow the instruction as mentioned in your noodles packet and cook the noodles.

To the cooked noodles, add salt to taste and 2 tsp oil   Oil helps to keep you noodles stay separate without sticking together.
Now heat oil in a pan [ Try to use ovile oil it really taste great] add garlic.
Once it is light rown, add white part of spring onion, all vegetables, onion and sauté them in high flame till they are half cooked.
Add soy sauce,chilli sauce,red chilli flakes and give it a mix.
Add cooked noodles and using two forks mix them well combined. Mixing noodles well with vegetables is very important.
Finally add pepper powder and spring onions [ green part] and your indo – Chinese style fried noodles is ready.
Serve with Manchurians or chilli paneer or chilli chicken and enjoy.
