Masala butter milk
Masala butter milk is a yogurt spice drink with blended ginger and coriander leaves.
Good for digestion,body heat and ulcer

Ingredients
Yogurt - 4 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp chopped
Coriander leaves – ½ tbsp chopped
Green chilli - ¼ green chilli
Water - 500 ml
Salt to taste
Method:
First, using stonemasher or blender, mash ginger, coriander leaves
and green chilli and keep it separately
Now in a mixing bowl, take yogurt, add salt and using whisk mix it
well to nice paste.
Now add the mashed masala mixture and mix it well once again
Finally add water into it and mix well.
Now masala butter milk is ready. This recipe may look simple but
it is very delicious and healthy. You can drink this to improve digestion, to
reduce body heat and to cure ulcer
Note : If you have ulcer, avoid green chilli.
