BREAD OMLET
Bread omelette is famous breakfast recipe in which bread is completely covered with omlette...Its my family' favourite and off course it must be your favourite i guess...thats why you are here to know...So have a look at the ingredients below...
Ingredients:
Bread -
2 slices
Butter
- 2 table spoon
Egg - 1
Onion -1
finely chopped
Tomato -
1 table spoon finely chopped
Curry
leaves - 2 tea spoon finely chopped
Garam
masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper
powder - 1/2 tsp
salt to
taste
Method :
Take 1
tbsp of butter and apply to both sides of the bread slices and toat them in
tawa till they turns golden brown
Take
mixing bowl,add egg, mix it using whisk .
Then add
garam masala,salt pepper,mix them well,then add onion,curry leaves and
tomato.If you want your omelette spicy you can add chopped green chilli.
Mix all
the ingredients with egg.
Thn add 1
tbsp of butter to tawa.Pour the egg mixture onto tawa vertically.See to that
your omlette is in retangular shape on tawa.Cook it on both sides.Then place
the bread on the omlette and close so that the bread slices goes into the
omlette.
Cut them
into your desired way and finally sprinkle little bit of pepper powder to make
it even more delicious and healthy.
Now you
are done with bread omlette.Serve it with ketup or chilli garlic sauce
