Yogurt raita for Indian briyani's
                   [ with onion,carrot,cucumber]


Briyani's are very famous recipe from India and I have never seen anyone say 'Oh....briyani...I don't like' . Briyani itself very delicious and the onion yogurt raita served with it makes perfect combination. So in the next coming days, we are going to see lot more delicious recipes from veg to non-veg, from restuarant style to home style briyani's. Before that we will see how to make raita for it with different combination. Sit tight and wait for my briyani recipes.

Ingredients:
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Onion - 1/2 cup [ cut into lengthwise]
Carrot - 3 tbsp [ grated]
Cucumber - 3 tbsp [ chopped finely]
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped finely.
Green chilli - 1 or as per the spicyness you want.
Method.
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, using whisk or spatula, mix it until smooth and creamy.
Add onion and coriander leaves if you want simply onion raita.
To make it slightly sweet and colourful, add carrot.
If you love cucumber, you may also add especially with non-veg briyani's it really goes great.
Finally add green chilli if desired and salt to taste.
Thats all.. Your raita for briyani is ready. Enjoy!!!!!
